How to book:
Select your holiday dates, email or phone us to reserve and confirm availability. We’ll confirm your booking by email or phone and your provisional booking will be held for 5 days, subject to our receipt of a completed booking form (which you can print off -see below ) and deposit. We’ll confirm your booking and acknowledge receipt of deposit by email or post. A 20% deposit per week booked is required upon booking & the outstanding balance of rental is due 28 days before the holiday dates booked. If booking less than 28 days before the start of your holiday full payment is required.
When
we receive your balance payment, we’ll acknowledge receipt and provide you
with directions to the property, details of where to obtain the keys and
a telephone contact number for our caretaker for the holiday
property, should you require advice or assistance before or during your
stay.
PROVISIONAL BOOKINGS
Once you have made
your provisional booking and have received a confirmation email from us
or telephone call, you will need to confirm your booking by completing and
posting a booking form to us along with the deposit & booking fee within
5 days (once your provisional booking has been accepted, your holiday dates
will be reserved for up to 5 days). Print off a booking form or we can post
one out to you on request.
CANCELLATION:
If you cancel a reservation of the property for the period the deposit paid
shall be forfeit in any event. We will attempt to re-let the property for
the period but no guarantee can be given. If the property is not re-let
for the period the full cost of the holiday specified in the booking form
shall be due and payable by the Customer including any balance unpaid by
the Customer at the date of cancellation. If we manage to re-let the property
for the period you will be liable only for the deposit.
